Vision of HLCP
The HLCP strives to achieve its aims and objectives by:
•Educating civil society ‑ especially the rehabilitation of the persecuted and destitute ‑ about their rights and responsibilities to help foster a constructive civil society.
- Providing basic school education for such victimized and destitute groups’ children as well as adults, as they do not have access to basic education, given their social conditions and consequent poverty.
- Taking apt action to prevent violations of human rights.
- Providing legal aid and other assistance to victims of those violations.
- Assisting individuals and groups striving to protect human rights.
- Cooperating with and aiding national and international groups, organizations and individuals engaged in the promotion of human rights and to participate in meetings and congresses on human rights at home and abroad.
- Promoting studies in the field of human rights and mobilizing public opinion in favor of accepted norms through all available media and forums, and to carry out all necessary categories of activity to further human rights.
